Justine on customer services was awful and rude. Only carried out one visit for a rat infestation and told my mother that that is all that is required. I work for the local government and know 3 visits are a bare minimum. Joke of a company. Would avoid at all costs!

Dan visited our property to deal with a Pharaoh ant infestation and went above and behind to ensure he covered the whole house and checked everywhere extremely thoroughly. He was great at explaining how the treatment would work and what to expect. Highly recommend!
I’d like to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to Adam and Ozzy for the fantastic job they’ve done. They were incredibly helpful throughout our pest ordeal — thoroughly inspecting the house with patience and care during their visits. They took the time to examine every corner, crack, and piece of furniture, ensuring nothing was overlooked. Drawing on their extensive knowledge and experience, they offered reassurance every step of the way and clearly explained both the extent of the infection and the steps they would take to address it, before proceeding with a complete treatment of the house. This involved two separate and complementary applications of high-grade pesticide, carried out four weeks apart.
Thanks to their excellent service, they were able to thwart the pest infection in its early stages. Because of them, we’ll sleep better tonight and finally be able to relax after three tense and anxious months.

What a lovely bunch of guys. From my initial enquiry with Marius and Gabriel through to the guys today on site - Darren and Paul. Darren and Paul arrived early and set to work straight anway explaining everything and answering all questions. Nothing was too much trouble and they done an excellent job. Dan came today and was exceptionally thorough. I saw two rats in my garage yesterday and needed help immediately. We now have traps, bait boxes and even poison in the external drain. Another visit/check is scheduled for 2 weeks time

Beaver pest control was very professional and helpful - both the office staff, and the 2 operatives who came to my property (Mohamed and Rob). I was very impressed with the time Mohamed spent walking round my garden on his initial visit, to understand where the rats’ burrows were, their runs etc, and then explained the bait and traps he was using. We have dogs, so I was reassured that they could not access the bait.
I have had 2 more visits since then - at no extra cost - to check on the traps and rodent activity- and by the last visit, there was little sign of any disturbance. I am hopeful my rat problem has now been resolved. I was very happy with the service I received and would recommend this company if you have pest problems

I had pharaoh ants in my flat last year and it really was 3 months of hell getting management company to act! My flat was uninhabitable! These ants are very difficult to eradicate, and a different pest control company was contracted at first but were unable to eradicate these ants. Once we got Beavers on board, these ants disappeared within a week!! Considering these Pharoah ants were occupying every area of my flat, I was completely shocked at how quickly they disappeared. Chris and Csaba were very friendly, professional & left no area untreated to eradicate these pests. They used a very expensive gel which really was the business. I would not hesitate to use these guys. They really are the best. Incredible!

Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of either of the operators who came to deal with my bed bug issue on seperate occasions, but BOTH of them were invested, informative and very friendly. They sprayed 2 rounds of pesticide and I stopped getting bites less than 2 days after the first spray was done. I am so happy and hopeful that this might be the end of my 4 year long nightmare

Darren attended property. I cannot praise him highly enough. He listened well, he examined the property thoroughly spending much of the time on his stomach looking for signs such as droppings or the smear from a mouse’s fur. He found where the mice were coming in which was key. This was principally where the fur ear was. He explained the bait in the poison boxes and traps which he had clearly carefully researched. For the former it was not something the man in the street could buy and for the latter, it was ingenious - an everyday product that no other pest controller had ever suggested. I’ve had three mice infestations before when I lived elsewhere and so have experience of the practises of other companies. He basically left no stone unturned. On top of that, he was very pleasant and funny - it gets very stressful having mice and his humour was reassuring. When he returned for the second visit, the mice had gone. He put something at the entry points which will stop them coming back in. Hopefully, I will not have any more mice, or moths or ants, with which I’ve been plagued before. But if I do, I will definitely ask Beaver pest control to come back and in particular Darren.

I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt okay and knew about the processes and treatments they were doing. I ordered two heavy duty screen doors. Beaver Pest Control not only delivered a high quality product but also exceptional customer service. Mick Tierney carried out the initial assessment and managed my customer experience from start to finish. He was extremely professional and pleasant. He was also very understanding of my requirements. He kept in touch throughout and even called on the install day to check that all was going well. It was! Dave called me to arrange a day to fit the doors. He arrived yesterday (12/05) on time and was also professional and very pleasant. He did a great job (photos attached) and was very respectful of my home. I've had a lot of work carried out at my home by various companies. Some failed to deliver to the standard they promised which I find unacceptable and refuse to accept. I'm pleased to say Beaver Pest Control excelled. I rate them very highly.
